All Payments To Seasonal Web Are Non-Refundable.
User Rates: User acknowledges that Seasonal Web
service’s furnished and the initial rates and charges
have been communicated to User. User is aware that
the Seasonal Web may prospectively change the specified
rates and charges from time to time. The Fees is
contingent upon Seasonal Web achieving and maintaining
its cost of service goals including but not limited
to rates charged to Seasonal Web by its suppliers.
Payments and Fees: Service will be interrupted
on accounts that are not paid. Service interrupted
for nonpayment may be subject to a reestablishment
charge in addition to the regular service charge
or fees.
Refund and Disputes: All payments to Seasonal Web
are nonrefundable. This includes the one time setup
fee, care taking charges and subsequent charges
regardless of usage.
Failure to Pay: Seasonal Web may temporarily deny
service or terminate this Agreement upon the failure
of User to pay fees or charges when due. Such termination
or denial will not relieve User of responsibility
for the payment of all accrued charges, plus reasonable
interest and any collection fees.
Cancellation: Requests for canceling accounts and
services may be made in writing, emailed or by phone.
User acknowledges that the service provided is
of such a nature that service can be interrupted
for many reasons other than the negligence of the
Seasonal Web and that damages resulting from any
interruption of service are difficult to ascertain.
Therefore, User agrees that Seasonal Web shall not
be liable for any damages arising from such causes.
User further acknowledges that Seasonal Web’s liability
for its own negligence may not in any event exceed
an amount equivalent to charges payable by subscriber
for services during the period damages occurred.
In no event shall the Seasonal Web be liable for
any special or consequential damages, loss or injury.
Support: Seasonal Web provides part time support
to our Users. We limit our technical support to
our area of expertise. The following is our guidelines
when providing support: Seasonal Web provides support
related to your virtual site physical functioning.
Seasonal Web does not offer tech support for application
specific issues such as scripting, html or any other
such issue. We encourage you to use email or phone
for assistance. If you are able to get online and
have other questions, the answers may be on our
home pages of the particular service you are using,
we encourage you to check there first. Lastly, the
Help files, Web sites and Tech Support in the program
you are using may have the answer to your question
so please do investigate these resources before
contacting Seasonal Web.
SPAM and Unsolicited Commercial Email (UCE): Seasonal
Web takes a zero tolerance approach to the sending
of Unsolicited Commercial Email (UCE) or SPAM. Very
simply this means that Users may not use or permit
others to use our service to transact in UCE. Users
of Seasonal Web services may not host, or permit
hosting of, sites or information that is advertised
by UCE from other networks. Violations of this policy
carry severe penalties, including termination of
service.
Violation of Seasonal Web SPAM policy will result
in severe penalties. Upon notification of an alleged
violation of our SPAM policy, Seasonal Web will
initiate an immediate investigation (within 48 hours
of notification). During the investigation, Seasonal
Web may restrict customer access to the network
to prevent further violations. If a User is found
to be in violation of our SPAM policy, Seasonal
Web may, at its sole discretion, restrict, suspend
or terminate customer's account. Further, Seasonal
Web reserves the right to pursue civil remedies
for any costs associated with the investigation
of a substantiated policy violation. Seasonal Web
will notify law enforcement officials if the violation
is believed to be a criminal offense.
Any violations of policies from all sources will
result in collection of all charges accrued by the
Users actions that is inflicted upon Seasonal Web
as well all legal and collection fees. Users who
violate these policies agree that they will permanently
be terminated from all Seasonal Web services. PLEASE,
ADHERE TO ALL LEGAL NOTICES AND POLICIES.
Seasonal Web takes no responsibility for any material
input by others. Seasonal Web is not responsible
for the content of any other websites linked to
Seasonal Web services; links are provided as Internet
navigation tools only. Seasonal Web disclaims any
responsibility for any such inappropriate use and
any liability to any person or party for any other
person or party's violation of this policy.
Seasonal Web is not responsible for any damages
your business may suffer. Seasonal Web does not
make implied or written warranties for any of our
services. Seasonal Web denies any warranty or merchantability
for a specific purpose. This includes loss of data

will be subject to immediate cancellation without
refund.

on Seasonal Web's projects and web sites are the
trademarks of their respective owners, and are not
intended to be misused or discredited by Seasonal
